All prices include:

• accommodation with breakfast
• bed linen (1 midweek change - after 3-4 days of stay)
• bathroom linen (change every 2 days) + bathroom courtesy set
• daily cleaning (in the apartments excluding the kitchenette which is the responsibility of the guest)
• moderate use air conditioning INCLUDED from 4/6 - 10/9 (not deductible from the cost of accommodation; supplement for different periods / excessive consumption 6 Euro / day)
• guarded parking for 1 car INCLUDED (in the value: 10 Euro during the day, 10 Euro at night; not deductible from the cost of accommodation)
• sunbeds and deck chairs by the pool INCLUDED (in the value: June / September 8 Euro, July 10 Euro, August 15 Euro; not deductible from the cost of accommodation)

Supplements:
TOURIST TAX (mandatory) - October - May € 1.00 per person per day, June - September € 2.00 per day, for a maximum of 10 days, excluding children 0-13 years old

Final cleaning, mandatory - apartments, 40.00 Euros (obligation to leave the kitchenette free of garbage and dirty dishes)
