At the Hotel Residence Villa Ascoli we mainly prepare traditional Apulian and Italian dishes, using local and KM 0 products such as our own extra virgin olive oil. We do not use gravies, sauces and other ready-made dishes, but we dedicate ourselves to healthy and tasty cuisine, full of natural flavours. In some periods of the summer season we also serve fresh fruit and vegetables from our garden.

In our 2-star hotel you can choose the formula that best suits your needs such as overnight stay with breakfast or half board, with dinner service. Full board is not available, for lunch time it is possible to book sandwiches or focaccias.

In the morning, a sweet and savory breakfast awaits you with freshly baked croissants, cakes, fresh cold cuts, cereals, jams, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and much more. Breakfast with lactose-free, gluten-free products only packaged. *breakfast is served from the buffet with the help of our staff, to maintain hygiene it is not allowed to serve yourself; the assisted buffet does not detract from the quality and quantity that the guest can request

Dinner served fully served from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm which is composed of a mixed starter, a first course, a second course, fruit. Our proposal varies every day, with a choice between meat and fish-based products, the choice must be communicated in the morning. Even if dinner is automatically included in the half board package, we still give the possibility of recovering the dinner served with the sandwiches/paposce/focaccia service

Restaurant conditions

The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
It is not possible to request gluten-free dishes or for other intolerances as we do not have a certified kitchen.
Guests will be assigned a table outdoors or in the internal room at the discretion of the restaurant. It is not possible to request nearby tables and it is not permitted to move tables
Child seats are available while supplies last.
It is not possible to ask for take-away dishes at the restaurant.
Guests are required to respect the service times, the staff reserves the right to limit the service if the guest shows up without adequate time to consume meals.
